The primary purpose of collecting your data is for data input on automated job applications and to facilitate the core functionality of the App.

All Collected Data: To serve as automated input for job applications when you choose to apply for a job listing through the App.

Account Information: To create, maintain, and manage your user account.

Geolocation: To provide location-based job search results and matching.

Sensitive Data (Gender, Race, etc.): To provide this information as part of automated applications, as required by some employers (where permitted by law).

The data is shared with third parties (specifically, employers and companies with job listings) based only on your decision to apply for a job listing with said third party.

  • Categories of Data Shared: All categories of data listed in Section 1.A are shared with the third party.

  • Purpose of Sharing: For the explicit purpose of automating your application to that job listing.

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as:

  • Data Storage: User data is stored and secured on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

4. Data Security and Storage

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information. Your data is stored securely on AWS (Amazon Web Services). While we strive to protect your personal information, no system is perfectly secure.

5. Your Choices and Rights

A. Access and Correction (Updating Your Data)

  • You can access, review, and update your personal data at any time in your profile settings within the App.

B. Data Retention and Account Termination

  • Deletion: Your data is deleted right when the user terminates their account.

6. Children's Privacy

Path: the Career App is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a child under 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
